Terms & Warranty

TERMS

All residential units carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee except special orders or custom orders.  Special orders or custom orders may be approved for special circumstances but will be assessed a fee if returned. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of water and how the system works, you can return it within the 30 day satisfaction period for a refund of your purchase price. Contact us for return instructions and RMA number. Unit must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. If the unit was installed, there is a restocking fee to replace filters, tubing, etc. Once your order has been returned in marketable condition, we will issue a refund within 15 days or less. Special orders do incur a cancellation fee.

All commercial or special order filter system sales are final. There will be no return of these units due to the special nature of their use. However, they are still backed 100% by our warranty and will be repaired or replaced if needed. See warranty information below.

If an item is back ordered, you will be notified as soon as possible with shipping dates and/or alternatives.

All online orders will be processed within one business day when possible and and shipped within 2 business days, you will receive E-mail confirmation of order.

Our policy is customer service first! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us right away and we will return quick contact to you. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to get your order correct and water needs taken care of.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. We do not share any names, address’s, E-mail address’s or phone numbers of our customers to outside agencies except for further delivery of an order like forwarding address or phone number to shipping companies. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided above. Please provide us with your exact name and address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list we share with other organizations

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. Any contact information such as phone numbers are only shared with internal components of our business including any shipping agencies used to delivery your order. The phone numbers are not released or used for any other purpose.  We will be sure your name is removed from the list after your order has been delivered. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.  With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. LIMITED WARRANTY

 

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER:

If any part of your Reverse Osmosis System is defective in workmanship (excluding replaceable filters), return unit, less the tank. Residential RO and filter systems have a 3 year warranty against manufacture defects on housings, brackets, frames. All other parts have a 1 year warranty. We will repair, replace, or supply parts for repair at our option.

 

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

For warranty service, please call for return authorization number before returning items. No credit or exchange will be given without a valid RMA number. To obtain your authorization number, you will need to provide us with the reason for return, the date of purchase. All returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA number.

 

WHAT YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation. Or contrary to printed instructions, from abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, neglect alteration, accidents, casualties, fire, flood, freezing, environmental factors, or natural or unnatural occurrence

The warranty does not cover membranes, filters. Shut off valves, or check valves are covered for one year only.

This warranty will be voided if defects occur due to failure to observe the following conditions:

The Reverse Osmosis System must be hooked up to a potable cold water supply.

The ph of the water must not be lower than 3 or higher than 11.

The water pressure must be between 40 and 80 pounds per square inch.

Incoming water to the R.O. cannot exceed 105' F (40.5' C).

Incoming TDS/Total Dissolved Solids not to exceed 2000 PPM.

 

Claims:

This warranty does not cover any equipment, which is relocated from the site of its original installation. or equipment used for commercial use.

 

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR APPLICATION. THE INSTALLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING FITTINGS, LINES, PARTS, AND EQUIPMENT FOR DAMAGE, LEAKS, OR OTHER PROBLEMS. THE INSTALLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE UNIT INSTALLED AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING FOR LEAKS OR FAULTY PARTS AFTER INSTALLATION.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRAVEL EXPENSES, TELEPHONE CHARGES, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, AND DAMAGE OR LOSS OF LIFE OR FINANCES CAUSED BY THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.

THIS WARRANTY SETS FORTH ALL OF HB RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THIS EQUIPMENT.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

If we choose to replace the equipment, we may replace it with reconditioned equipment. Parts used in repairing or replacing the equipment will be warranted for 90 days from the date the equipment returned to you or for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is not assignable or transferable and only applies to original purchaser..
